About Us
Your Lost UK Pension was founded in early 2010 in Prague in the Czech Republic by a team of ex UK IFA's, with a wealth of experience in the UK and overseas pension transfer market.
Initially the company concentrated on Expatriates from all over the globe who wanted a better home and investment choice for their UK pension funds.
Later down the line it became evident that some people had a need for raising finance but found lending difficult after the sub prime mortgage crash. We then teamed up with a network of wealthy Czech individuals who could see the security in low risk lending against pension funds. Fourteen years down the line we are still going strong with many satisfied clients across the globe!
A TRUE STORY ABOUT NON CONTRIBUTORY PENSIONS
Two life long friends called Tony and Anthony worked for a very large UK insurance company starting out as door to door collectors/salesmen. They both rose through the ranks and after several years became Sales Managers running their own teams. This company had what is known as a non contributory pension scheme meaning only the company made contributions, and company employees did not need to. For many years this was a great company with a very good track record but it decided that it wanted to be more direct and ruthless, and eventually lost most of its sales force and had to close the doors to new business.
Tony was the first to leave the company after nine years service and remember he never paid a penny into the company pension scheme. He transferred out and the value was 105,000.00 which he had not contributed to but was his money legally.
Anthony who had worked at the same company for fourteen years had a transfer out value of 440,000.00 because he had been management for longer.
There is no such thing as money for nothing as they say unless you are Tony and Anthony!
Tony took financing against his UK pension fund which he used to establish Your Lost UK Pension, and Anthony did the same and retired in Manila! ;))
